The Ritzy Gift Card is delivered directly to the recipient’s inbox.
Any remaining balance after a purchase can be used towards future orders. If the total order value exceeds the gift card amount, the remaining balance can be paid at checkout.
Gift cards can be redeemed online at ritzylifestyle.co.uk and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
For any returns, the value of the returned item will be credited back to the gift card.

For UK customers, we ship using Royal Mail. For delivery times, please see below:

- Royal Mail Express Tracked (24 Hours)
For international customers, shipping will be calculated at checkout and shipped via DHL or DPD depending on country.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags attached. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend a tracked service. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
A £4.99 processing fee applies per additional item when returning two or more items from one order. Single item returns and all size exchanges are free. If you've ordered the wrong size, request a size exchange and we'll send the correct size at no extra cost.
