We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Orders within the UK and EU will not incur customs fees. If you're ordering from outside these regions, local customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to amend it. Please get in touch with our Customer Support team via the Contact us page as soon as possible.

You can request to cancel your order by contacting our Customer Support team via the Contact us page. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order is already being processed or shipped.

To start a return or exchange, use our online returns portal. Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 working days for it to be processed. During busy periods, it may take slightly longer.

Refunds are usually issued within 3–5 working days after we receive your return. It may take up to 10 working days to appear in your bank or PayPal account.
